Tommy Lynch, an Upstate New York native now living in Brooklyn, earned a BFA in Acting and a business minor from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in 2021. After graduation, Lynch co-founded The Florist Friars LLC, a novelty video production company that has financed and produced a sold-out comedy film festival in Brooklyn, two films, two Off-off-Broadway plays, and has generated income by serving as key technical and/or creative consultants for off-off-broadway experimental productions and underground parties in New York.

Tommy has worked as a freelance lighting and audio technician at theaters such as NYU Skirball Center and The Brick, and has worked with a variety of artists in various roles, including Eiko Otake, Ishmael Houston Jones, Jess Barbigello, Object Collective, The Elevator Repair Service, David Dorfman Dance, NY Butoh Institute, The Classical Theater of Harlem, NYU Experimental Theatre Wing, HBO’s Succession, The Chita Rivera Awards, The Million Underscores, and The Little House on The Prairie Reunion Interviews.

Tommy spent five years living in Shanghai, China. The experiences he had with Asian religious and cultural philosophies are an important part of who he is today. Tommy navigates life as an actor, writer, learner, and problem-solver who enjoys the journeys we can have when working together to create a piece of art. He has two cats and loves his friends and family.
